Yesterday my husband and I went to the San Diego California USA Zoo. I wanted to photograph birds with my IPhone 12Pro Max. I found an application for my iPad Air that identifies birds from photographs. This interesting bird is a Adean Cock-in-the-Rock found in the Cloud Forrest of the Andes. The intriguing thing about this bird is the round knot on his head making this photograph look odd. I removed the background and replaced it with a complimentary watercolor.
I have been interested in digital art for 10 years. I am always looking for new iPad applications to enhance my collection mostly of flowers and birds in the San Diego and Encinitas area. I love sunrises and sunsets. I also have a hummingbird feeder which makes interesting subjects of the hummingbirds. I have also worked with polymer clay, watercolor, and pastel. My subject is often my cat named Splotchy. I am originally from Gulfport Florida and now live in San Diego California. I love to walk and my camera always comes with me.
