Artist's Description

I took this photograph a while ago at Pacific Beach in San Diego California USA. It was a beautiful sunset with the sailboat. I love this photograph and have it on my wall. I feel that the family on the beach is giving a tribute to a relative whose ashes were spred at sea.

I have been interested in digital art for 10 years. I am always looking for new iPad applications to enhance my collection mostly of flowers and birds in the San Diego and Encinitas area. I love sunrises and sunsets. I also have a hummingbird feeder which makes interesting subjects of the hummingbirds. I have also worked with polymer clay, watercolor, and pastel. My subject is often my cat named Splotchy. I am originally from Gulfport Florida and now live in San Diego California. I love to walk and my camera always comes with me.
