Artist's Description
It took a few tries but I went outside my San Diego California home with my cat, Splotchy and my iPhone 12 Pro Max to take some photos. I took photos of some roses and then tried to get Splotchy to cooperate. She hates to have her photo taken. I then used software on my iPad Air to add a painterly affect to Splotchy’s photo. I hope you like it.

I have been interested in digital art for 10 years. I am always looking for new iPad applications to enhance my collection mostly of flowers and birds in the San Diego and Encinitas area. I love sunrises and sunsets. I also have a hummingbird feeder which makes interesting subjects of the hummingbirds. I have also worked with polymer clay, watercolor, and pastel. My subject is often my cat named Splotchy. I am originally from Gulfport Florida and now live in San Diego California. I love to walk and my camera always comes with me.
